Customer satisfaction is top priority to us, therefore before shipping an order, we carefully inspect the items for faultiness. We handle each query on an individual basis to the best of our ability. If you are not satisfied with your goods or would like to exchange the items, we will be happy to offer you a full refund or exchange.
If you would like to cancel your order please contact us within five days of receiving the items on email@example.com. You will receive instructions from us on how to return an item. Once you have received the instructions from us on how to proceed, the items must be shipped within seven days. If you fail to follow our deadlines for returns and exchange, we have all rights to refuse the return/exchange.
We will only accept returns provided that the goods received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. The item should be returned unworn and in perfect condition, with all Rock and Model tags still attached. We also request that items are returned with their original packaging.
For all returns you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.
Once we have received and inspected the goods, you will receive an acknowledgement email from us. Any amount debited from your PayPal account will be credited back as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order.
